Follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (fNHL)

Follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (fNHL) is the most common slow-growing (indolent) lymphoma, representing the vast majority of indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHLs).1,2

  • fNHL is the second most common subtype of NHL, representing about 22% of NHLs3,4 (Table 1)
  • Nearly 14,000 patients are diagnosed with fNHL annually in the United States, with a median age of 59 years3,4

Advances in the understanding of the disease biology, diagnostic and prognostic indicators, and treatment options have improved the clinical outcome for fNHL patients.3,5,6

  • Although not curable, these lymphomas typically can be managed over time, with a median survival of approximately 11.1 years7
