The Strike Out Cancer Program is a home run for patients: Through the national Strike Out Cancer program, we donate much needed funds to nonprofit organizations dedicated to providing free emotional support, education, and hope for people with cancer and their loved ones.
Cancer Connections: This online resource is designed to help patients and caregivers whose lives are affected by cancer access educational and supportive information about their condition and available treatment options. With this new resource, patients and their loved ones can select their cancer type from a single menu and take advantage of what each program has to offer.
HER Connection: This online resource is designed to educate patients and caregivers on breast cancer and available treatment options, to help them have informed conversations with their healthcare team, and to help them take an active role in treatment decisions.
